About the role:

The Sales Operations Analyst, NA is responsible for supporting the North American commercial organization, with a primary focus on sales enablement and order-to-ship process for equipment business. You will be responsible for providing analytical support and maintaining tools to assist sales in effectively managing customer lifecycles, enabling them to achieve growth targets and maximize revenue opportunities. This role would be a feeder to a Sales Ops Manager or Customer Lifecycle Manager role within the NA Sales Operations team.

This position is part of the North America Sales Operations team and is located in Wood Dale, Illinois and will be hybrid.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze data and derive insights pertaining to the Key Performance indicators for NA Equipment business

  • Automate existing reports related to forecasting and backlog execution using tools such as Salesforce and BI

  • Proactively diagnose the analytics requirements of the sales organizations; design and deliver reporting to meet their needs

  • Assist the NA commercial leaders with data inputs to run the NA Holistic Visual Management

  • Assist the Sales Ops leader to run key initiatives such as dialing days, multi site initiatives, commission planning and Product Promos

  • Act as the SFDC (salesforce.com) super-user for North America, providing training, support, and troubleshooting for the sales team while also building standard work

  • Own and execute tools such as QUIP (Strategic Accounts planning tool) and Salesforce Maps (sales territory planning)

  • Assist NA commercial leaders to optimize territories, set quotas, and design compensation structures that incentivize sales performance

Are you qualified?

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in a quantitative field)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and BI

  • 0-3 years of experience as an analyst (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Detail oriented and self-starter

  • Ability to work in a cross functional setting
