Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARY:

  • AAR is looking for an Inside sales representative in the defense aerospace spare parts industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for finding, receiving and processing customer requirements for spare parts in the defense market.

  • Identify and develop sourcing channels supporting the global aerospace spares parts industry.

  • Receive, research and answer customer inquiries regarding quotes, sales orders, invoices, shipping data and paperwork, including daily inquiries.

  • Formulate and articulate new strategic business opportunities identified from customer information and problem resolutions.

  • Receive, research and answer customer complaints, coordinating with Sales, Product Lines, QC, Warehouse, and Accounting Department.

  • Oversee customer warranty claims process.

  • Track measurement on inquiries, orders, and backlogs.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year university or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
