Inside Sales Representative
SUMMARY:
- AAR is looking for an Inside sales representative in the defense aerospace spare parts industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for finding, receiving and processing customer requirements for spare parts in the defense market.
Identify and develop sourcing channels supporting the global aerospace spares parts industry.
Receive, research and answer customer inquiries regarding quotes, sales orders, invoices, shipping data and paperwork, including daily inquiries.
Formulate and articulate new strategic business opportunities identified from customer information and problem resolutions.
Receive, research and answer customer complaints, coordinating with Sales, Product Lines, QC, Warehouse, and Accounting Department.
Oversee customer warranty claims process.
Track measurement on inquiries, orders, and backlogs.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year university or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
