Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Process Architect to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts for a 6 month contract role. This role is pivotal in supporting our Shared Services team by optimizing processes and designing technology solutions. You will be driving complex cross-functional business processes and aiding in the design and implementation of IT projects that support operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and identify pain points within the company's business process and application architecture and propose recommendations.
• Present clear and concise process recommendations and design solutions, focusing on key points to convey the intended message or purpose.
• Lead the development and enhancement of the business capability model, focusing on the maturity/optimization of the process framework and its fit into the system ecosystem to enable the longer-term development roadmap.
• Document process recommendations including presentations, process maps, supporting metrics, and business requirements, and conduct related impact analyses for complex processes or parts of larger or inter-related processes.
• Implement a system to manage changes in related processes and author specifications/requirements for developers to automate process design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to organize, lead, and achieve project and program objectives.
• Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex problems independently and with others in a fast-paced, multi-directional work environment.
• Utilize your communication, documentation, training, and leadership skills to interact with various functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
• Apply your knowledge of design, presentations, implementation, engineering, metric reporting, optimization, Agile Scrum, stakeholder management, partnerships, execution, prioritization, change management, methodology, framework, business process functions, business requirement document, and modeling techniques.
Requirements • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes to stakeholders, partners, and C-suite executives
• Proficiency in documentation and training, ensuring process understanding across all levels of the organization
• Demonstrable experience in design and presentations, with the ability to visualize and articulate processes effectively
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of effectively leading and scaling process architecture teams
• Proven experience in process implementation and engineering, with a focus on optimization
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, teams, or stakeholders
• Expertise in metric reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to incorporate its principles in process architecture
• Ability to execute process changes and improvements, while managing expectations of stakeholders and partners
• Proficiency in process specification and prioritization, ensuring the most critical process needs are addressed first
• Demonstrated experience in change management, with an understanding of how to manage the impact of process changes
• Knowledge of various process architecture methodologies and frameworks
• Understanding of business process functions and ability to align process architecture with business goals
• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents, detailing the business needs and the expected process outcomes
