JOB REQUIREMENTS: Part Time Enthusiastic Care Provider Do you enjoy trivia, game shows, music, reading, and movies? Community Horizons is assisting in recruiting the perfect caregiver. This member is in search of someone dependable, compassionate, and patient with a positive personality. Tasks Include but are not limited to: All Personal care Changings Transfers with a Hoyer lift Feeding Cooking / Cleaning Medication Administration Ideal Candidate: Has 1 year of professional experience in a healthcare-related field Is familiar with the needs of someone with MS and is legally blind. Someone who has personal care experience including the use of a hoyer lift Someone who can make conversation about pretty much anything COVID-19 vaccinated preferred or willing to wear a mask when in close contact Has a reliable form of transportation Favorable Caregiver Background check Hours: Part-Time, 20 -25 hours per week. Shifts Available: Let us know what hours work for you. 1 evening shift during the week = 3:00pm to 10:00pm Every other Saturday = 10:00 pm to 7:00 am 1 Day Shift Every Weekend = 7:00 am to 3:00pm Every Saturday and Sunday = 3:00pm to 10:00pm Wage: \$15.00 per hour Join an amazing team and \"Let the Games Begin!!\" Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organization or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin.
