JOB REQUIREMENTS: Currently we are looking to grow our Service team! The ideal candidate we are looking for will be responsible for the bumper to bumper knowledge of parts. Some of the Duties and Responsibilities are: Perform all levels of service to insurance, customers, and shop. Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order Provide detailed estimates and/or explanation on technical diagnoses for prior approval to commencing work, to maintain excellent customer service internal & external. Assisting other technicians in performing technical activities Learning new technical information and techniques in relevant training in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology Maintain work area appearance and safety Inspect vehicles for damage and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made. Review work orders and discuss work with supervisors. Estimate costs of vehicle repair. Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements. Plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals, and experience.
