JOB REQUIREMENTS: Chula Vista Resort is looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor. The supervisor duties are to ensuring that guests concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Oversee the team and direct when needed in a fast-paced environment. Complete all tasks assigned in a way that is best for the guest, team members, and Chula Vista. Complete repairs in house rather than vending out work.This is a working, hands on position. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must be a leader and be willing to work side by side with the team. Be able to continually communicate with leadership, the team, and when needed, the guests. Must have 3 years supervisor and maintenance experience with a strong mechanical understanding.
