Key Responsibilities: Career Readiness Coaching: Equip students with essential workforce skills. You\'ll support them in resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and workplace etiquette. Project-Based Learning: Benefit from strong training and support to implement project-based learning, creating hands-on activities that foster real-world problem-solving skills. Goal Achievement Mentorship: Inspire and mentor students as they set and achieve their personal, educational, and career goals. Help them dream big and provide the structure to make those dreams a reality. Community Partnerships: Establish relationships with local businesses, organizations, and colleges to create career opportunities for students, including job shadowing and internships. Student Advocacy: Act as a champion for your students, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree with experience working with high school students. Valid Wisconsin Teaching License or be willing to work towards licensure. Ability to develop curriculum and educational opportunities. Capability to inspire and instill hope in high school students while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
