Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans and align KPIs between Orora and customers.

  • Initiate and manage step change projects to drive customer innovation and new product development.

  • Develop market and customer strategies.

  • Deliver on customer expectations and Orora commitments by aligning internal resources effectively.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to commercialise them throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands

  • Ensure effective contract execution and management for key Craft and Beverage accounts.

  • Actively participate in the development of joint annual and long-term plans

  • Develop and implement gap closing initiatives, in conjunction with business objectives

  • Strong relationship management skills which support delivering outcomes with the ability to influence key decision-makers

  • Excellent strategic planning and business development skills, with a strong knowledge of market and customer strategies for driving business growth

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Highly self-motivated and consistently accountable for achieving targets

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams.
