Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Joint Business Plans and align KPIs between Orora and customers.
Initiate and manage step change projects to drive customer innovation and new product development.
Develop market and customer strategies.
Deliver on customer expectations and Orora commitments by aligning internal resources effectively.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to commercialise them throughout New Zealand and the Pacific Islands
Ensure effective contract execution and management for key Craft and Beverage accounts.
Actively participate in the development of joint annual and long-term plans
Develop and implement gap closing initiatives, in conjunction with business objectives

Excellent strategic planning and business development skills, with a strong knowledge of market and customer strategies for driving business growth
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated and consistently accountable for achieving targets
Ability to work with cross functional teams.
