What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years of HR Business Partnering Experience, providing strategic HR support and a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field.

Expertise: Strong financial acumen, adept at using financial tools for impactful communication with demonstrated resourcefulness to drive strong business outcomes.

Knowledge: Proficient in HR Best Practices and Employment Law (State/Federal) to ensure the business remains compliant.

Dedication: 5+ years of diverse employee relations experience, including complex EEOC/Title VII investigations.

Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data-driven business cases and leadership influence.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate across matrixed organizations impartially with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.

Passion: Proven track record in organizational change management and upholding ethical conduct and integrity in all HR activities.
