Facility: BayCare Health System, Ultrasound – Winter Haven Hospital
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Status: Part- Time (Benefit Eligible), Exempt: No
Shift Hours: Monday 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Shift: Shift 4, Nights
Weekend Work: None
On Call: Yes
Ultrasound Technologist Responsibilities:
• Performs diagnostic sonographic procedures.
• Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation.
• Other duties as necessary.
• Have clinical skills appropriate to position.
• Must have customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills.
• Possesses computer skills appropriate to the position.
Requirements:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RDMS (Sonography) -within 1 year or ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) - Relevant Specialty
• Technical Diploma in Ultrasound OR Associates Degree in Ultrasound
