Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CMS system.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CMS tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
