WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Lead the flawless execution of approved next generation product and packaging initiatives internally with cross-functional teams and assigned business resources

  • Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to deliver all required elements needed to support FDA product submissions by established deadlines

  • Collaborate with Global Platform Development Team on new product in coordination with relevant brand teams, R&D, and others involved in the next generation product process

  • Collaborate with Global Platform Development Team on internal and external briefings with cross-functional teams (including global centers of excellence) and external agencies in the development of next generation product initiatives

  • Lead key internal stakeholders (including R&D, finance, operations, etc.) to collaborate and develop next generation product business cases

  • Effectively articulate and gain support for new thinking and strategy shifts, and lead change throughout the organization when appropriate

  • Ensure that corporate strategy and regulatory guidelines are embedded in all marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with Global Platform Development Team, Consumer Insights, and R&D teams to leverage consumer insights, consumer segmentation studies, and competitive landscape to identify how to best position next generation product ideas and market sizing to lead new category growth

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 5+ years working in related fields such as Brand Marketing, Innovation, R&D, or New Product Development

  • Demonstrated track record of successful, innovative problem solving and leadership that resulted in market share gains and/or business improvement

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and lead and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve superior performance

  • Proven ability to analyze data to synthesize information into business storytelling to influence the sell-in of strategic initiatives and/or projects

  • Highly effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate strategic thinking and influence stakeholder understanding and buy in

  • Ability to evaluate the consumer journey and experience across multiple channels and touchpoints

  • Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to understand commercial, operational, and financial priorities of the business and align initiatives and resources to the areas of greatest impact

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required – marketing or innovation/new product development specialization is a plus

BENEFICIAL

  • Cross-functional experience with a keen understanding of critical business drivers and considerations

  • Experience working and executing New Product Development processes such as Stage & Gate, 4D and consumer research is a strong plus

  • Graduate Degree (MBA) and/or prior brand marketing experience a plus

  • Experience / Exposure to CPG category is a plus

  • Experience working in a regulated industry

The following is a general summary of the competitive compensation and benefit plans we offer:

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
