WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Perform conducts analyses and provides performance insights
Collaborates with cross functional teams to understand current key business topics & translates those into meaningful narratives
Support analyses and recommendations to drive timely, fit for purpose and actionable business enhancing opportunities
Effectively communicate results to clients (both written & verbal) across the organization to facilitate decision making process
Prepares the weekly performance dashboards & share with Internal Comms team
Produce & share SIP performance vs target file & work with the forecasting team to agree on quarterly targets by category.
Supports a culture of collaboration, innovation, and positive influence on the decision-making process

Are you an effective communicator who can work cross functionally and deliver under tight deadlines?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
1 - 2 years of experience in business/commercial analytics and/or related field. Retail experience preferred and/or Tobacco/CPG related experience.
Ability to understand broader business issues and seek resolution
Strong collaboration skills, with ability to work with a broad range of fields and cross-functionally
Strong verbal/written communication and presentations skills
Ability to manage, leverage and analyse data for various sources, interpret meaningful trends and draw conclusions to deliver actionable business recommendations.
Proficiency in Microsoft office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Understanding of business performance data such as consumer offtake (Marlin), Shipments to Retail (STR), Shipment to Wholesale (STW), and Retail Scan Data (RSD) as well as Consumer related data and ability to consolidate & synthesize into one story
Bachelor of Science required, Master's Degree in Business or related field preferred

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.

Paid Leave:
