Job Description
We are seeking a Land Survey Crew Chief to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will operate survey equipment and instruments supporting our engineering practices. Responsibilities include conducting land records research, processing survey data, managing project tasks, and interfacing effectively with clients, contractors, and property owners. This role requires operating independently in the field to accomplish survey and staking functions.
Skills
Land Surveying
Instrument Operating
Construction Stakeouts
Experience with Survey Pro Data Collection Software
Experience with Static, Base/Rover, or RTK style of GPS surveying
Familiarity with EPOCH 50 GN22 receivers with data collectors
Ability to manage project tasks
Effective communication
Ability to interface with clients and contractor
Work Site
This is an on-site role in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, requiring travel to certain job sites.
