WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN DBS OPERATIONS SERVICES SR MANAGER

SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level

FUNCTION: IT

LOCATION: Winston Salem

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: ITSupply Chain Director

Number of Direct Reports: 0

Core Relationships: Internal – Operations (Supply Chain, Procurement, ESG), Multiple DBS pillars

External – Multiple Vendors

Geographic Scope: DRBU

Travel Required: <10%

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Solicit and capture Supply Chain and Procurement business needs and requirements and lead solution design of ERP, MES and/or warehouse automation experience integrating systems.

  • Crafting enterprise architecture, technology roadmaps and ensure they aligned with key partners and lead projects with the development of work plans, test plans, effort estimates and delivery timelines for assigned tasks.

  • Work with business relationship and project managers to craft and deliver solutions. This experience should include ccraftingdetailed documents and presentations to steering committees or key partners.

  • Lead efforts to transform International Supply Chain data and analytics as well as introduction of Ultimate Control Tower and end to end Logistics Visibility

  • Effectively engages with contracted vendor services providing input to help supervise and improve the vendor’s performance.

  • Maintains awareness of emerging technology and communicates value/impact for supported functions.

  • Tests, integrates and maintains technology services, considering cross-functional business needs and Company goals.

  • Coordinates issue resolution with cross functional teams and vendors.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • 10 Years’ Experience with Supply Chain Processes and Systems Architecture.

  • 4 Year undergraduate degree in IT related field or equivalent job experience.

  • Excellent client facing, written and verbal communications skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, co-workers, and project team members.

  • Strong strategic, logical / analytical, and creative thinking and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

  • Experience working in regulated environments and excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint.

  • Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, with the expectation of working as a motivated and cooperative team member.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
