Millerbernd Manufacturing Co. Production Operator I - Weekend shift in Winsted, Minnesota
NOW HIRING: Millerbernd Manufacturing in Winsted, MN is seeking a Production Operator 1 to join our Finishing Department in the Transportation & Infrastructure (Pole) team. The Production Operator 1 is responsible for entry-level manufacturing tasks following product specifications. This includes using power tools to grind and drill.
As a Production Operator 1, you will:
Perform clean-up, grinding, drilling, straightening, blast booth, cutting, galvanizing process preparation and general production support tasks
Use a hoist or other material handling equipment to transport materials and products into and out of the work area as required
Examine finished products for defects
Accurately label all parts for routing to the next operation
Monitor the production board and internal paperwork to perform tasks in the designated sequence
Role Qualifications as a Production Operator 1:
Experience with mechanical machines or devices, preferring electrical and/or mechanical assembly
Skill of effective and appropriate verbal and written communication skills
Skill to operate various precision measuring tools and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical drawings, operating instructions, procedures, and prints.

Weekend shift is Friday – Sunday 5am – 5pm includes a $2.50/hour shift differential
12-hour shifts (per day) including paid breaks (weekend shift)
