Millerbernd Manufacturing Co. Large Press Operator (Bay 2 Press) in Factory 1 - 2nd shift in Winsted, Minnesota
We are looking for a Large Press Operator 1 to join our team. A Large Press Operator s responsible for using a large press brake to bend, shape, cut and manipulate sheet metal and metal plates.
As a Large Press Operator 1, you will:
Operates a press brake to manufacture shafts from sheet metal or metal plates
Performs quality inspection of material before commencing process
Loads and feeds material into the press
Reads and verifies parts are consistent with print specifications
Performs in-process inspection/quality checks
Assists in machine set-ups and changeovers
Role Qualifications as a Large Press Operator 1:
High School diploma or equivalent
Skill of effective and appropriate verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to operate hoists, cranes, and other powered industrial vehicles as needed

The actual base salary for this role is based on various factors, including but not limited to market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range provided is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
Other details:
2nd shift is Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1am includes $1.50/hour shift differential
10-hour shifts (per day) including paid breaks (1st and 2nd shifts)
Voluntary Overtime is available
