Outside Sales Representative

Are you eager to work outside but not have to do heavy manual labor? The position being filled could be for you if you have the ability to motivate yourself. RoofAid of Evansville is looking for highly motivated individuals that could benefit from a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow.

Job Description:

  • 4-8-hour workdays including but not limited to weekends and evenings
  • Utilizing basic social skills to assist in face-to-face interaction with homeowners and the selling of restoration services door-to-door through our unique approach
  • The job will not be assigned to an office or one specific location (outside sales)
  • Candidates will be going to peoples homes with the intention of providing a service
  • The objective will be to allow for RoofAid of Evansville to schedule an appt. and to assess the homeowners roof and to provide membership and roofing services
  • Candidates will be required to carry a ladder and other necessary gear weighing in excess of 175 lbs., climbing a ladder, entering onto a roof, moving around on a roof while operating, and exiting from a roof as part of the sales process
  • The average distance being walked on foot could average 3 miles at a time depending
  • Position is limited to only this role, other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Valid drivers license
  • Professional appearance
  • Willingness to learn and coaching and willingness to accept feedback
  • Reliable transportation

Compensation:

  • Commission only
  • Additional compensation is available based on performance
