Job Title: General Production

Job Description

Candidates will be working in small teams operating a press machine to produce parts. They will rotate through various jobs as assigned by their supervisor or team lead. Responsibilities include inspecting items as they come out of the machine, stacking products, and preparing them for shipping.

Work Environment

Shifts are structured with 1st Shift from 4:50am to 5pm and 2nd Shift from 4:50pm to 5am. Work schedules alternate between 3 days one week and 4 days the next, including every other weekend. Schedules are made 4 months in advance. The environment includes working with 4 large presses and small teams of 3 to 8 members. Candidates should expect to get dirty. The culture emphasizes work-life balance with 12-hour shifts. The dress code requires steel-toe boots, jeans, and any work-appropriate shirt.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50
