Merchants Bank, Winona, has an opening for a Business Application Support Analyst. This position is responsible for understanding and assisting in maintaining various banking applications. Duties involve set up and implementation of banking products that integrate with the core banking application. Will also be responsible for testing, upgrades, providing user support, and working with vendors. Must have knowledge of banking terminology, processes, and information technology principles. Must have strong communication skills and the analytical ability to evaluate issues and troubleshoot. Strong Microsoft Office experience required.
