Your Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Project Manager for key roadway and bridge design projects.
Lead technical teams in developing solutions to complex roadway design projects, requiring a high degree or innovation and ingenuity.
Provide technical expertise by formulating and developing advance design concepts, techniques, and standards.
Work with our operations and sales leadership team to maintain and build new business.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 15 years’ experience with demonstrated experience with project management and engineering design responsibilities.
Substantial experience in Project Management of Transportation Infrastructure projects in Ontario, specifically with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario and other municipalities.
Experience as a design manager and/or project manager on alternative delivery projects.
Professional engineering certification (P.Eng) in Canada.
Proven ability to manage complex budget and schedules.
Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis and prepare technical documents such as reports, design drawings, specifications, tender documents, etc.
Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients and work collaboratively with them.
Collaborative and team oriented as well as highly resourceful and self-directed, with a key focus on key skills including communications, time management, teamwork, report writing, and proposal preparation
