PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Business Systems Analyst is responsible for execution of revenue controls, gathering requirements, user acceptance testing of L2C applications, producing complex reporting, triage/correction of system related data errors in SAP TM/EM.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Serves as a domain expert in providing business support for all L2C systems, including SAP ECC FICA, SAP TM, SAP EM, SAP S/4, Customer Portal, and legacy finance and order management systems
Reviews and analyzes system problems to identify solutions or workaround recommendations. Serves as liaison between the business and the IT support team to interpret and clarify the business needs/issues for resolution
Collaborate with business teams to gain insights into and assess business processes for optimization and deliver mentorship on solution or improvement possibilities
Performs User-Acceptance Testing and Support for incidents, improvements, system upgrades, and Projects
System requirement identification and documentation analysis
Communicates detailed technical concepts to non-technical collaborators
Supports SOX and management controls review
Generate reports and Find opportunities to automate the report generation process
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Must Have demonstrated ability working with SAP CC, TM, EM or CRM modules.
Experience with SAP S4 is highly desirable

Management Conductor Program:
