We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice starting in September. Working at our Winnersh UK site, from day one you’ll be a key member of our small, friendly Global Trade team. You will gain practical on-the-job experience of a broad range of administrative duties with the opportunity to specialise in Global Trade. The team also support our Burgess Hill business and has an international focus so you will have the opportunity to work with our overseas colleagues.
This 18-month Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideally suited to you if you are motivated, diligent and excited by a career with a global Aerospace and Defence company. You will develop key administrative skills which will form the basis of your future career and which we hope may lead to securing a permanent role with us!
We expect that you will be just starting your career so, alongside our training partner, we will delight in training and supporting you through your career journey. That means you need to be a willing learner and committed to achieving both business and personal results whilst working as part of a team. You should have good communication skills, the ability to organise and prioritise effectively, be proficient using Microsoft applications (to include Excel) and have a great work ethic. You will also need to have obtained a grade 4 or above in 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent level qualifications).
