Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Paintline to join their team. As a Paintline, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Paintline

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour

Shift: 3rd?

What's the Job?

  • Responsible for the appropriate application and quality of paint to all painted parts.

  • Understand the paint line process from start to finish.

  • Perform a variety of production duties to support efficiency, quality, and safety in the daily operations of the manufacturing process.

  • Remove rust, BB's, and any imperfections from surfaces to prepare surfaces for painting.

  • Apply powder coat paint and record all labor and downtime documenting all information pertaining to each work order and routing.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Ability to maintain proper concentration of water, cleaning solutions, and temperature of the wash tanks.

  • Experience in hanging products on the line with proper hooks, eyelets, and spacing.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
