Insight Global Lead Treatment Specialist - Back End in Windsor Mill, Maryland
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Lead Treatment Specialist in Windsor Mill, MD. As a Lead Treatment Specialist, this individual will be responsible for prepping to receive a new intake, greeting youth when they arrive at the facility, conduct their first interview, and process the youth individual. They will also assist with discharging youth individuals by completing discharge documentation and processing the required documents in the UC Portal. This individual will also be involved with day-to-day interactions with the youth to ensure they are positively integrating with their new environment. This includes working with care tram to support the wellness of the youth, attending weekly life skills and acculturation groups. Lastly, working with direct care staff to implement training that is specialized to the individuals to help create a supportive environment.

Skills and Requirements
High School Degree or bachelor's degree in related field
Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
Experience working with immigrant populations, specifically unaccompanied children
Ability to conduct interviews, intakes and process paperwork
Familiarity with case management documentation and procedures null
