Landpoint Land Surveying Crew Chief in Windsor, Colorado
King Surveyors, a division of Landpoint, is currently looking for a qualified Crew Chief to join our team in the Windsor, CO office.
This Position will give you a wide variety of projects to work on which include, but will not be limited to: Boundary Surveying, Control, Construction Staking, Topographic Surveys, Ground support Aerial Surveys, ALTA’s, Easement/Right of Way Surveys and Residential.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 5 years total survey experience, 3 of which as a Crew Chief.
Must be experienced in controlling the function of surveying instruments and calculators.
Must be proficient in the use of total stations, GPS Receivers and data collectors.
Must be physically able to work long hours and carry heavy loads.
Possess good interpersonal skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.
Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements.
Must be able to work in inclement weather.
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be Drug free
