What’s a typical day as an Accounts Payable Clerk? You’ll be:

• Performing a variety of Accounts Payable related tasks including inputting bills, check-runs, purchase order entry, and 3-way match.

• Assisting with Monthly Close as needed, including duties such as journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and corporate reporting.

• Interacting with customers and entering sales orders into the ERP system.

• Responsible for customer invoicing.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in Accounts Payable - You should have a strong background in Accounts Payable processes and procedures.

• Possess strong attention to detail - Accuracy is crucial in this role, so attention to detail is a must.

• Are proficient in ERP systems - Experience with ERP systems, specifically in entering sales orders, is preferred.
