We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Part time Scheduler / Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide , you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Scheduling part time, general office duties
Requirements:
