Job Description:
Contributes to the Hospital’s mission by overseeing support staffing and functions at all Imaging locations. This leadership position ensures that radiology support staff are assigned to areas in compliance with applicable quality levels in their efforts to support imaging services. As a member of the Hospital’s leadership team provides day-to-day supervision to guide staff toward achieving the Hospital’s success factor goals and their associated initiatives. This leadership will also impact patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least five (5) years prior health care, physician office experience preferred
Other Skills/Knowledge:
Required:
Demonstrated ability to lead/take charge
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Computer skills in word processing, database programs and spreadsheets
Understanding of Medical Terminology
Knowledge of safety, infection control and quality control standards
For safety and quality reasons, must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors and fellow members of the hospital team.
