What you’ll do:
Supporting research and new product development in Eaton’s Mission Systems Division (MSD).
Responsible for requirements management, system architecture development, and supporting system integration and test.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to other SE engineers based in US and in Global Teams as well as serve as an individual contributor.
The product and systems are thermal fluid and dynamic mechanical systems that support aerospace applications.
These aerospace applications are diverse and will primarily include aircraft refuelling, and actuation systems.
Self-motivated to proactively learn about the technical domain of the given system and identify how and where the systems engineering discipline can create the highest value.
Experience tailoring systems engineering practices to program scope and need.
Work as a member and partner of the product team generating SE work products and providing technical guidance to incorporate systems engineering methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience in as a System Engineer
Experience with MBSE using SySML language
Experience managing a group delivering SE work products
Demonstrated ability to balance SE discipline with product team
Skills:
Master’s degree in System Engineering.
Experience with CAMEO- advantageous
Experience with DOORS- advantageous
Direct experience managing engineering groups
Direct experience with participation in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR..)
Demonstrated experience supporting complete product life cycle.
Relationship building and ability to balance SE discipline into programs
Demonstrated experience working with global M&S teams
