Job Overview

Responsibilities
Ensures a safe working environment for all personnel
Ownership of manufacturing processes related the production of heat shrink tubing, Cable, and Metals manufacturing
Perform root cause investigations and execute corrective actions for non-conforming products using analytical tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D
Write technical documentation, such as process instructions, process validation plans and reports, process development plans and reports, and non-conforming material reports
Execute process validation activities following the IQ, OQ, and PQ approach
Lead cost reduction projects in cross-functional teams
Train manufacturing personnel on process changes
Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives
Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods
Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE manufactures
What your background should look like:
BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial engineering
5 or more years’ experience supporting a manufacturing environment
Track record of project completions that deliver business results
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Experience with automated control systems and computer science a plus
Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $101,000 - $151,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
