Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

This position starts in QC, with candidates expected to be comfortable working in this area for the foreseeable future before training in other areas. The role involves learning all aspects of CNC Machining. As part of a small but rapidly growing team, you will assist in various tasks throughout the shop. Cross-training will include Machine Operation, Quality Control or Metrology/Inspection, Hand finishing, and Shipping/Receiving.

Hard Skills

  • Mechanical inclination

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions

  • Operate basic hand tools

  • Operate inspection tools

  • Basic math skills

Soft Skills

  • Willingness to be cross-trained

  • Ability to follow written job orders

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Work Environment

Very clean and modern machine shop with new robotic systems integrated into the CNC process. Highly automated environment for CNC with separate areas for quality and shipping departments.
