Insight Global Payroll Manager in Wilsonville, Oregon

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing for 3,000 employees. Responsibilities include managing payments, deductions, payroll taxes, garnishments, workers compensation, and unemployment insurance. You will prepare reports, establish payroll procedures, and liaise with the payroll service provider. Additionally, you will maintain the payroll system, coordinate retirement reporting, ensure compliance with employment laws, and administer departmental policies. Leading and directing staff, including hiring and performance management, is also part of the role.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of payroll experience

1+ Years management experience

MS Office Suite experience

ADP or other HRIS systems experience

Strong knowledge of Federal Payroll Laws and Regulations

High School diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree

Certified Payroll Professional

Union compensation experience null
