Job Title: Special Education Teacher
Location: Various public, private, and charter schools in the greater Wilmington area
Starting Date: January 2025

Pay: paid weekly
Job Type: Full-Time (Remainder of the 2024-2025 school year, with potential extension into the 2025-2026 school year)

Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and dependable Special Education Teachers for various classroom settings. Experience in Resource and Self-Contained environments is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of students
Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a supportive learning environment
Monitor and assess student progress
Qualifications:
Valid NC teaching certification in Special Education
Experience in Resource and/or Self-Contained classroom settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives
