Monro Muffler/Brake Automotive Technician in Wilson, North Carolina

Mr. Tire located at 3713 Airport Blvd NW needs a skilled, lead technician. This candidate MUST have the skills and the tools to perform jobs such as.

  • AC compressor/condenser replacements

  • Engine diagnostics

  • Under car repairs such as Tie Rods, Struts and Ball Joints

  • And, be willing to teach and mentor the other teammates.

     

Automotive Technician

Pay: $18.25 - $39.95 per flat rate hour plus additional compensation and incentives. Pay is based on experience.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience

  • Valid Driver License

  • Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program.

  • Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.

  • Guest and team focused mindset

  • Have and maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE automotive certification in at least one of A1-A8

  •  NC State Inspector License

  • Automotive technical school certificate/degree
