ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Wilmington, Ohio
Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Wilmington, OH
Shift: ?5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
Pay Range: $18.50 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform accurate set-ups on equipment in preparation for specific product runs.
Operate equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure it meets quality specifications.
Inspect and test packages, documenting results to maintain quality standards.
Stage and check required materials for efficient changeovers in production.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing all required documentation.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the HACCP program or willingness to learn.
Good math skills to calculate material quantities for orders.
Ability to read and write in English preferred.
