THIS ROLE IS PART-TIME - 20 HOURS A WEEK - HYBRID SCHEDULE
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Controller in Wilmington, Ohio. The Controller is integral to our team, overseeing accounting functions, handling accounts payable and receivable, and conducting audits. This position falls within the manufacturing industry and will be located at our facility in Wilmington. This is a hybrid role that only requires to be on-site 1 day a week.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all accounting operations in the facility
• Handling both accounts payable and receivable
• Conducting regular audits to ensure financial information accuracy
• Assisting with budget processes and financial planning
• Applying standard cost accounting methods in managing manufacturing costs
• Ensuring all financial reporting is in compliance with regulatory standards
• Utilizing Quantum Control software for various accounting tasks
• Collaborating with the management team to optimize financial procedures
• Participating in regular financial reviews and reports
• Assisting with other accounting functions as needed.
Requirements • Proficiency in all Accounting Functions
• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Expertise in Auditing practices
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Cost Accounting
• Proficient in Cost Accounting techniques
• Understanding of Standard Cost Accounting
