Description
We are seeking a diligent A/R Billing Invoicing Specialist to join our dedicated team. Based in Wilmington, Delaware, you will be responsible for the careful handling of customer invoicing, managing accounts receivable, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity within a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities:
· Verify accuracy of invoicing information for multiple entities
· Creation of invoice batches
· Contact technicians or management for clarification or direction on task code discrepancies and pricing and warranty information
· Get approvals from OPS Managers on certain invoice criteria
· Processing reports
· Mailing/e-mailing invoices to customers
· Setting up memberships, handling extensions and cancelations
· Processing credit card payments as requested
· Processing adjustment invoices

Requirements
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required for document creation, presentations, and email communication.
• Solid understanding of accounting functions is necessary to accurately process transactions, perform account reconciliations, and maintain financial records.
• Experience in billing functions is essential, as the role involves generating, sending, and tracking invoices.
• Knowledge of collection processes is crucial to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Excellent customer service skills are needed to interact with clients professionally and address their queries effectively.
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required to manage the entire AR process, from invoice creation to payment collection.
• Experience in creating and managing customer invoices is necessary to ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing.
