Description
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Crisis Prevention and CPR certifications (offered on site)
Ability to work with male and female adult (18+) patients with chemical dependency and mental health disorders
Teamwork and excellent customer service
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prioritize and coordinate patient admissions and provide guidance and direction throughout admissions process
Provide general office and clerical services for facility
Prepare admission area and search room
Greets all visitors and channels them to proper personnel and/or departments
Handle patient valuables for safekeeping
Ensures messages are delivered to staff and patients in a timely manner
Use computer software to create spreadsheets, manage databases and documents
