Your Skill Set: Minimum of 15-20 years of on the job experience, service, install and troubleshooting. Supervise and lead the HVAC Team Manage and Evaluate Field Technicians Conduct ?Ride-a-Longs? with HVAC Team and provide feedback Ensure all repairs and installs are completed to the highest quality standards and if necessary, all permits are obtained Manage workload and schedules with Dispatcher to best utilize manpower and maximizes profits Assist Technicians with issues while in the field Resolve customer issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction Ensure all department operations are carried out and follow MA HVAC code and requirements Meet or exceed all company goals expense reports, timesheets Additional duties as needed Desired Skills and Experience In-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to effectively manage and design HVAC projects. Ability to maintain accurate stock lists, manage inventory, and ensure timely availability of materials for projects. Strong communication skills to stay connected with the comfort advisors, team members, clients, and suppliers. Demonstrate ability to identify and solve issues quickly, ensuring smooth project progression. Understanding of customer needs and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring installations meet industry regulations. Great attitude and passion for serving and doing what\'s right at all times, holding team members and comfort advisors accountable. Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and keep projects on schedule. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges in the HVAC field. Strong skills for project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
