In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning

  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area

  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing public customer-facing websites, including site redesigns and ongoing maintenance.

  • Conceptual understanding of Content Management Systems and how they are used to manage site content.

  • Knowledge and understanding of product development and management

  • Development of roadmaps, strategies, and execution of the roadmap ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery.

  • Digital experience in an agile environment, including management of scrum team resources.

  • Partner closely with Experience Design and Business stakeholders to arrive at

  • Experience executing site enhancement requests using workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aprimo, etc.

  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests successfully to conclusion.

  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and report on site performance.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results focused.

  • Familiarity with managing Legal, Compliance and Risk review processes to secure approval of proposed changes. General knowledge of Financial Services industry regulations a plus.
