TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Wilmington, Delaware

NOW HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS IN WILMINGTON, DE!

Position will be HYBRID requiring some time on site

  • Provide quality customer service and support BNY Mellon BTS Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.

  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.

  • Respond to customer inquiries.

  • Enter information in a computerized database.

  • Communicate any problems or issues to management.

Must have the following abilities:

  • Uphold and practice the highest code of ethical standards and conduct.

  • Make decisions within well-defined parameters.

  • Effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high volume environment with tight deadlines.

  • Have basic PC skills and data entry experience.

Details:

  • This positions will be supporting a 24/7 call center.

  • Training will be Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p

  • Actual shift will be swing shift hours scheduled between 10am-1am

  • WILL require a Saturday OR Sunday to be worked

  • Position is able to be 4 days for 10 hours or 5 days for 8 hours. Both will require one weekend day

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Call Center Experience

Proven tenure in past roles

Excellent communication skills

High School Diploma Required
