We are looking for:
- A Utilities Engineer who is self-motivating and willing to provide technical leadership in the Utilities department
We count on you for:
Responsible for reliable operations of wastewater treatment plant, boilers, chiller compressors, air compressors, equalization/neutralization facility, water distribution, and nitrogen generation
Lead startup and optimization of a $5M Ozonation unit and a new sludge dryer operation
Lead area improvement teams for safety and process improvement
Establish and maintain SOP’s to assure all processes are in control
Support investigations and resolution of safety incidents
Complete PHA’s and MOC’s as needed
Lead capital improvement initiatives

You will bring:
Engineering Degree in Chemical / Environmental or 10+ years of experience in a related field
Technical ownership of a currently defined utility process
Experience leading incremental improvement initiatives to optimize existing processes
Strong process skills
Experience leading a team to accomplish significant goals and objectives
The ability to communicate to influence peers or a cross function group in a positive manner
The ability to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
The ability to foster trust in an organization, business unit, or team
You will get:
The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,560, to $100,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
