The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven business acumen and attention to details History of sales or leasing experience Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and be a team player Strong financial acumen including budgeting and managing payables Proven customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Time management, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Yardi/Property Management software, Google Workspace) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Minimum of 3 years of property management experience at similar properties About the position: This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth. This position also offers leasing and renewal commissions, pay is strongly based on the skill level of the applicant. Schedule: Monday through Friday, Every 5th Saturday Education Requirement: High School equivalent (Required) Experience: 3 years Property Management (Preferred), 3 years Property Leasing (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
