Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and meeting sales targets.
Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Assist with warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery, etc.) when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industrial automation products and solutions is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
