Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician and Repair Specialist to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our dental laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities: -Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine janitorial work and light plumbing, light electrical, and HVAC maintenance and repairs to maintain a safe and comfortable working environment. -Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance of laboratory equipment, including digital imaging systems, CAD/CAM machines, and other advanced dental technology tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. -Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment and infrastructure promptly to prevent disruptions in laboratory operations. -Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. -Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment parts, ensuring timely procurement and availability. -Collaboration: Work closely with laboratory staff and management to address maintenance needs and support the implementation of new technology and equipment. -Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a maintenance technician or handyman, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting, Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment and systems, Knowledge of digital dental
