As a Physician Assistant in the Williamstown Medical facility of Berkshire Health Systems, your primary responsibility would be to provide direct patient care to the community. This will include the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions of patients.

  • Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, obtaining patient histories, and performing physical examinations.

  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostical tests such as laboratory tests, EKGs, imaging procedures, and other necessary tests.

  • Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the attending physician.

  • Documenting and maintaining accurate and complete medical records, including progress notes, patient data, and treatment plans as per hospital policy.
