CSO, Central Susquehanna Opportunities, an innovative non-profit Community Action Agency, has a full-time opening for a Career Coach to cover the Williamsport/Lock Haven Areas. The overall goal of this position is to help individuals affected by the opioid crisis gain employment so they can successfully transition back to the community without relapse. To accomplish this goal, the Career Coach will be responsible to provide the resources, training, and the one-on-one case management a person with addiction needs to be empowered to change the course of their future and specifically prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment. Comprehensive case management services will include career pathways development, employability workshops, soft skills assessment and training, job training, and connections to employers and other support services available in the community. E.O.E. bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of experience is preferred but not required.
