Amentum Housekeeping Dispatcher in Williamsburg, Virginia

Amentum is seeking a Housekeeping Dispatcher for a site located in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Housekeeping dispatcher will provide support to the Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Administrative Assistants with duties as outlined below and other ad hoc duties as required:

Job Requirements :

  • Update and prepare weekly reports which are provided to Senior Management.

  • Monitor employee time and attendance sheets for accuracy.

  • Track and accurately report required overtime on a weekly basis.

  • Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping Manager.

  • Create, update and manage spreadsheets to provide accurate housekeeping metrics.

  • Work with Logistics to track stock levels to ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available.

  • Monitor shipping/receiving of supplies and prepare and provide supply reports to the Housekeeping Manager.

  • Assist in making daily room-check calls to the Housekeeping Staff.

  • Submit trouble-tickets to the Facilities Division for problems or issues as reported by the Housekeeping Staff.

  • May be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.

  • Communicate effectively with other teams and clients both in written communication and verbal communication.

  • Works independently receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance.

  • Monitor request tickets submitted to Housekeeping for services outside the daily norm.

  • Receive and disseminate work/repair orders; arrange and coordinate repair of office equipment as needed.

  • Possess the ability to multi-task and efficiently perform general office duties.

  • Perform ad hoc administrative support to the program as requested.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Must possess a U.S. government security clearance at time of application.

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working on the client computer system.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Two (2) years general administrative support work with demonstrated experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

  • A valid driver’s license

  • May require repetitive motion during work shift

  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.

  • Possess a professional demeanor and the ability to work with customers are all levels.

  • Ability to lift 10 or more pounds

  • US citizen or naturalized citizen
