Senior HR Administrator

What would you do as our Senior HR Administrator

As our Senior HR Administrator, you will embody the company's core values of empowerment, innovation, and integrity, and adhere to the code of conduct. In this exciting role you will support with the compliance training completion, assist with new staff onboarding and collaborate with team members to improve key performance indicators by providing data and action plans to management.

You would also:

  • Manage the entire new starter process, including contract generation, induction assistance, and performance reviews.

  • Handle terms and conditions documents for transfers, promotions, and secondments, collaborating with managers and payroll.

  • Support HR team with benefits schemes administration and key project implementation.

  • Assist in maintaining HR systems, including DriveTech platform, and collating data for incentive schemes.

  • Provide general office support, including dealing with daily post, answering phones, and maintaining records.

    The skills and experience you need

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven HR administration experience in a busy office environment

  • Has experience of using Microsoft office packages with good computer skills

  • Is confident and resilient with the ability to deal with challenging situations

  • Has excellent communication and time management skills
